Hi, I’m Ashleigh and I have around 15 years experience in the early years sector.

It has been an absolute pleasure to have spent more than 9 of those years here at Puddleducks.

I love to join the children on their adventures, seeing all the wonderful things they are learning about and following their development.

Hi, I’m Kirsty and I have worked in early years for over 16 years. I love to be a part of children's learning journeys as they learn and grow.

I enjoy creating new and exciting learning experiences for the children in order for them to progress with their development.

I am very creative and have a big imagination which I implement to bring out the best potential in the children. 

Susan White

Hello, I'm Susan. I have worked in early years for around 18 years and really enjoy it.

I like to get to know families and help children grow, develop and have lots of fun.

I love working at Puddleducks and am proud to be part of an amazing setting. Oh, and I also love to sing!

Sarah Lapwood

Hello I’m Sarah, I have been working in the education sector for over 37 years, first as a primary school teacher and then in pre-schools. 

I have 5 grown up children and 6 grandchildren, so I have plenty of first-hand experience to share with you and your little ones.

I have been at Puddleducks for 3 years and I love it here!

Alice Roberts

Hi, I'm Alice. I have worked in the early years sector for 3 and a half years and I have 2 young children myself.

I enjoy creating tuff trays for the children to explore and helping them grow in confidence. I love working at Puddleducks and have experienced nothing but positive experiences from an employee perspective and as a parent whose child once attended.

Hi, my name is Nicky. I started working in early years over 30 years ago and still enjoy supporting children today to give them the best start in life.

I talk with my hands using Makaton signing and can sing a song about anything to motivate the children.

Hello, I'm Sue. I started working at Puddleducks in September 2008. Before that, I served on the committee for just under 4 years, so I have seen the pre-school from several perspectives; parent, committee member and now as an employee. I enjoy working in Early Years as

young children have an ability to make your day full of fun and surprises and no two days are the same.
